Humans are logic makers. We strive to strive to make sense of others’ behaviors. Unfortunately, these explanations are built on assumptions and are often only partially correct, and sometimes completely wrong.
This month we will learn how to step beyond our assumption and whole heartedly accept alternative explanations. We will build the skill of considering new perceptions, check our assumptions and build honest, robust conversations with others.
