Developed and implemented a completely new initiative to train, coach and monitor 11 new franchisees based on financial projections and detailed budgets. Led a team providing complete new franchisee support prior to store opening and through the first two years of operation.

SRDC was a sister company of Fleet Feet Sports. Program Director responsible for budgets, financial projections, acquisitions, capital improvements, employee training and monthly financial reporting to the Board. Grew from two stores to eighteen stores in 18 months.

  • Structured commercial loans to meet the needs of small businesses including real estate loans, corporate lines of credit, term loans and advised on cash management products and wealth management services. Grew loan portfolio to $22million from zero in two years.

Chapel Hill Carrboro YMCA

The YMCA undertook its third capital campaign in history to finance a significant expansion of its main building.
